Swedish and deep tissue massage therapy techniques are effective tools in the control of pain (chronic or acute) as well as in the reduction of the effects of stress. It can be used in the treatment of sprains and strains, tendinitis, overuse injuries to muscles and joints, arthritis, whiplash, headaches, respiratory conditions as well as other conditions.
